Oh please tell us more??? My thoughts on this whole Badge Number thing is thisit doesnt matter what number you have. As long as your car is an '08, you have a First Edition. Why do I say this? Well, unless it is number #1 or number #6400 it is just a number. Second, these numbers inbetween 1 and 6400 weren't put on cars in specific order. Third, the Badge Number doesnt even appear on the Window Sticker. Lastly, badge number doesnt reflect vin number in any way. So in the long run, there is no way to tell if the car you are buying correlates to the Badge number because the badge number doesnt tie back to anything other than model year 2008. And with all cars built btween May and July, build sticker on car will show 05/2008, 06/2008, or 07/2008. So in reality, maybe an early build might be more valuable than a late build? But a 2 month difference is not a big one.
