Thanks Neal, much appreciated. I wont bother calling them again...since it takes 35 minutes to translate an 8 digit number anyway.
I'm not trying to be negative but speaking from experience there is no need to call about it or run another VinVision on your car for at least 10 days or so as nothing will change.
