I was going to wait to do it but I noticed my stripeing had a haze on it that wouldn't wash off. I don't know if it was adhesive or somethning they use on it but it was really noticeable at certain angles. I would suggest everyone do it as soon as possible.

Since mine was produced and delivered within a 11 day span the paint didn't pick up a lot of contaminents, but if you want to find any imperfections in the paint this is the way to do it. I found one chip, one spot where it looked like dirt or something got in the paint, and one rock chip that I believe it got on the transporter. Mine was on the top, in the back, with the rear facing forward. I had a million bugs on the back and something must have hit the trunk lid, not bad but you can see it. Anyway, the clay bar did a great job and the car looks amazing.
