RE: Who has a 2008 Challenger on order?
Every-time I start to have something to get excited about with the car, something happens to dash my hopes. I may forget all about the problems I've encountered with my car's delivery when it arrives, but I am starting to doubt that even that will turn my spirits around. I am thinking about selling my car to a friend once it comes in. He says that him and his brother would be glad to take it if I don't. And from what the dealer says, if I don't purchase it, they will sell it for a higher price. (I'm paying 2,500 over MSRP) The only thing is, with me buying it and paying taxes on it, when I sell it I think they will have to pay taxes again when they register it.
If it was just the delays, I could probably deal with it better, but it seams like the delays are due to manufacturing problems and I really don't want to be stuck with a problem car. I had several issues with my 300C and am still having some issues with my Town & Country. Not to mention the lousy customer service I have been given regarding the Challenger.
I do hope everyone else enjoys their cars, I just don't think I will be able to enjoy mine as much as I had initially thought I could.
