i'm in sort of similar situation - and to answer DiamDave's question from earlier - called 800# and they said I am in D1 but car should be at the dealer by 18 July. Includes a couple weeks for shipping. Dealer said the car was possibly in KZ staus but could not confirm - i dont know why. He also said that the 800 # always gives the worst case scenario, which I found odd. Mine doesnt show in the tracker at all. It sounds like the only credible sources are all here.
