Joani a little help -please

I got my new car yesterday 8h293608(town &country Dodge) but i let them keep it in the showroom till Mon. Called my other dealer about getting my deposit back... He said NO.. Well I talked to the sales manager today and offered $500 for the dealership and $500 for the salesman for their trouble and only got the run-around. I put $30,000 down on the car 8h302868(Landers Dodge). I sent my lawyer a fax this evening with all the info. I amy end up with two of these now that is Challey-aholic. I don't understand why they are such jerks . Advice on how you would handle it??? Thanks Jim
