RE: Thoughts on clear bra
I have been installing ClearMask for 4 years now and have never heard of a clear bra trapping dirt. if it is not installed properly then you can get dirt under the edges... but that’s from a poor install. A good installer will seal the edges so it won’t be an issue. It will be practically invisible and will keep your paint looking new. I think from reading a few of the posts in this thread that there are some people who are confusing the old school vinyl/leather bras with the clear bra.
I just got a kit developed and will be installing one in Arizona towards the end of next week on a new Challenger. I am driving to Texas for some installation work/vacation and will be making a few stops along the way to do some installs. I will post some photos when I am finished with the car.
