All that's true, Birddog. But you know as well as I do that ISN'T the way things are done in the real world. Mistakes (and there apparently have been plenty with the entire '08 production and delivery process) happen, particularly on a new item. Most of the time, customers never even know about it because the information IS kept behind the curtain. I'll bet you whoever came up with the tracking idea at Dodge is currently checking the Help Wanted ads. Look at what this whole process has done: p*ss of a LOT of people. Had they not started it, no one would have been the wiser and would have been perfectly happy when their cars finally showed up.
