dcxfan, the Ram is a beast compared to the Chally. It is my feeling that the Chally will beat the Ram at all levels. The Chally hooks up better on the start. I have not hit the gas hard on the Chally, but it will really have to go to beat that truck once the tires hook up. That Viper moter is so darn explosive once it hits about 3000 rpm. I will tell you that it can be a bit scary. My dealer has the only vehicle that has ever scared me. It is the srangest think, it is call a Ram 2000. It is a standard cab 1500 with a crazy 5.9L diesel in it. It makes around 1300 LB. FT. and will light up the tires at almost any speed. I was in it with him and he nailed the throttle at over 70 MPH and it kicke out side ways. That is a scary thing. I told him I would not ride in it again and that he should wear a helmet.
