Default RE: Toyota Tundra production

3 months is a long time to shutter a plant. Our plant (Chrysler Sterling Stamping) usually keeps working while all the assembly plants shut down for a few weeks. Chrysler usually staggers the shut downs but this year every plant is down. Next week, almost everyone is being put on layoff. I volunteered for more layoff time and won't return to work until August 11. I thought our truck and Jeep plants going down for a month was bad. Perhaps I should prepare for more time off than I thought.
