Too late 70sGuy. We've already been labeled troublemakers. I actually got an e-mail from Chrysler Customer service today. To show you how much they payed attention to my e-mail, they want me to call the 800 number and have the following info. If I had any mileage, or had any service done to it, I probably wouldn't have been e-mailing them. Another fine example of Chrysler at their best.

\When calling the Customer Assistance Center, please have your Reference
(CAIR) number and the following information handy:

? Vehicle owner name
? Vehicle owner address
? Day and evening phone numbers
? Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
? Name of dealership where vehicle was purchased
? Date of purchase
? Dealership where service was performed
? Date of last service
? Current vehicle mileage
