I'm very familiar with the phenomenon. I see it all the time when guys look at my g/f's chest. You have NO IDEA how many "discounts" she gets because guys ringing her up at the cash register have spiral eyes. I'm not joking! I tell her, "You're going to buy this for me, here's the money. You might get a discount." It's hilarious, it's a running joke between us.
