GOT ONE!! As I have mentioned, I ordered two under my name from the dealer. One for a friend and one for me. I did this in an attempt to secure the MSRP deal on both cars. My friend backed out. His black one came in and we went to look at it. He decided not to go through with it and that Black Challenger SRT8 just looked ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL… so I had to grab it! This car may be the meanest nastiest car I have ever seen in my life. IT IS TOO COOL!!
So we went down last night and picked it up. WOW! I am about speechless! I don’t think it has completely sunk in that this big bad dog is sitting in my garage. It now has 30 miles on it. It is incredibly hard to stay off the throttle. Hammering the throttle is so cool… the car actually snarls and growls and then just gets down to business!! I cant seem to wipe this childish grin from my face!!
I don’t know what to say other than this is hands down the coolest baddest car I have ever had the pleasure of driving… let alone owning.
Now the Challenge will be when MY Hemi Orange one comes in. Can I resist the temptation to buy another… will it seduce me into purchasing and stretching my budget to the max. If so will it be worth the pain and anguish of the ensuing divorce… stay tuned…
