an srt-8 300c or charger, with the 6.1L and an atx can run high 12s, stock. the manual transmission causes less drivetrain loss, plus the fact that the concept doesnt have cats, and has "performance" exhaust...this car HAS to have alot more whp than the prior 6.1L lx cars...the only way that it actually ran a 13.00 is if it had a trap speed of something around 110, which means that they couldnt get traction.
