ORIGINAL: dboy23

I spotted this about two weeks ago and again about a week ago, it's a 2009 Challenger with normal plates, no sign of a manufactures plate or anything. Guys at Dodge didn't believe it until I showed them the pics, any ideas guys? The first two pictures are the first time I spotted it, the second two are at some apartments about half a mile from the first spotting, about a week after.

I've seen a bunch of Challengers and I have a bunch of pictures starting from late February to early July if you guys want I'll post them all.
