There are only two ways that you can get the Dodge accessories- either order them on-line and install them yourself, or order them from your dealer who will install them before or after you take delivery.

This system makes more money for Dodge and the dealers. On the positive side, however, it allows us to order specific parts instead of expensive "packages" that we don't want.
