RE: 2009 SE on dealer lot here
I agree that there will be many more camaros than challengers on the street after 2009. In my opinion the popularity of the camaro will triple that of the challenger. I think there are too many factors to list but a few are: perceived poor quality of the dodge brand, GM enjoys a very loyal customer base, the interior of the camaro will be better, and fuel economy will be better. Additionally, the camaro name will be more recognizable to younger buyers in their twenties and thirties. The camaro was around in the nineties and the challenger has not been seen since the early seventies. I don't count the eighties version. I love the challenger and I hope to get one before they stop being produced but the camaro will be much more popular.
