I saw a used 08/ SRT-8 on Autotrader a few days ago for 38,000$ with only 700 miles a black one... fastest color i've heard... must of been too fast for the guy...
If people can wait till the end of the year for the 09's im sure Dodge will be offering cash back... in 03' on my truck they had the 2500 cash back and that was when Dodge was doing "good"... Im sure just about everyone will be able to find an R/T for about 31k or 32k tops by the end of the year, it might not have every option imaginable but im sure you'll find one worth buying for a good price... just a thought...
