Too much time at work makes me an azzhole boss... My guys are tired. In LA when you get real hot days you get brown outs.... Cant keep 6 lathes, 2 mills and 2 automated welders going on 3 phase with brown outs, so I was down 2 days. Last week we had the main welder down and had to wait a day for part, and another day making the part you WANTED.
No weekend for me, but them Tuesday should have me back on track.
