Default RE: Any year around drivers in northern states?

Yep, I will be driving my 2009 SRT8 Challenger 6-speed year around. I reside in Michigan.

My current car is a lease which I'm turning in on the 17th. The Challenger will be my ONLY transportation so I've got to make it work

I've ordered the car with the F1 tires on it - they will be for spring/summer driving. Once things cool off and approach winter I will be purchasing a set of cheap wheels and a good set of winter tires (blizzaks maybe). I've heard from numerous people that snow tires + Chrysler's ESP system and these cars feel like they're on rails in the snow.

I could probably waste some money on a beater, but I'm *NOT* going to pay the monthly payments on this awesome Challenger just to have it sit in storage all winter. It's meant to be driven, and it will be!
