It is a VERY white white (no cream in it).

And as for the spoiler, yeah, I would think they're painted too (but when I peeled a piece of the broken spoiler off, it was white through & through and when I tried to "scratch" the surface to peel some paint off I couldn't, which is what made me wonder if they're just color molded through & through).
