How about some life advancing stability:
1. Help pay for college
2. A good start on a retirement fund.
3. Help pay off debt like credit card bills and car notes
4. Help pay off your house (especially if you plan to live in for a long time)
I know these are common sense but most never plan....they just let it happen and that is scary and they wonder why they are in the debt they are in.
One of the saddest is using a credit car to pay a credit car bill......now what is wrong with that picture.
Now once you have taken care of the important stuff, it is time to get the Challenger.
