Ive tried 20 times to get that email out. It keeps saying my description field is invalid! I even tried to narrow my letter down to 256 characters! Thats barely enough to put my name and VIN number in, let alone describe my problem and frustration. Am I doing something wrong!?

edit: Maybe its my work computer blocking something. Ill try again when I get home. If that doesnt work, Ill run my IP address through a proxy server to fool them into thinking I am in the United States. What a pain!
