ORIGINAL: challenger_girlWith Ohio being a front plate state...we came up with the alternative to mounting and drilling holes in the bumper. We actually tie-strapped it to the lower grill...see pictures attached...it does not touch the paint what so-ever! And it doesn't vibrate or move around if you have it on tight!
