By doing the work myself, I could increase the size of my deck, put a pad under the new part and put in that long-wanted hot tub/spa ($7,500.00), reside my house in vinyl instead of the disgusting 1970's aluminum that's on it now ($8,500.00), remodel/update the kitchen and bathrooms ($15,000.00), repave/widen my driveway ($5,000.00), and get a new wide-screen tv and surround system.......
....nah, I'd rather have the Challenger.
