VinWIN is a bit limited in what status codes it can see. VinWIN can only see the status codes:

D1
I
JB
JE
JS
KZ
KZX

If you move to a status code other than listed above, VinWIN won't know about it. So it's definitely possible you're in E status. VinWIN won't know about it until you've already been built and are in I status.
