Its always best to stay calm and try to work things out. Someone was out of line no doubt, but its always better to take the high road and give the Manager a chance to make it right. As to your apperience, that should not be an issue... as the fact of you driving an SRT-8 Challenger in to be serviced says you can afford one. Just give it another try and handle this yourself, its your car and you need to take the lead on your affairs. This is not your Fathers deal. You might be suprised by their attitude if you stay calm and give them another chance to do right by you
