Ive studied the Dodge website and my 2009 Buyers guide and have come up with the following.

The Electronics Convenience Group (ECG) is only available on the R/T. The SRT, of course, gets the items in the ECG as standard equipment. The SE and base R/T do not have an Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) and thus only have the tire pressure warning lamp (which as you said lights up when a tire is low) and the Oil Change indicator lamp. The Compass/Outside Temperature, Tire Pressure Monitoring, are displayed on the EVIC and are also standard on SRT and part of ECG on R/T, but unavailable on the SE. Exclusive to the SRT are the Performance Pages, which are also displayed on the EVIC.
