RE: Cabin Filter
My dealership pointed it out to me when I picked up the car.
Open the hood, on the left hand side all the back near the windshield. There is a small black plastic door that you can remove. The head tech when I got my car said the Charger and 300 had a cabin filter in there..
Don't know about the R/T but it is there on the SRT.
