RE: College kids are spending billions of dollars to customize their cars
I don't think I have ever actually seen a good one yet. In my area they all look and sound trashy. At times I don't know what is louder, their engine (which sounds like it has been through H#!! and back) or the stereo (which sounds distorted and blarring).
