Unfortunately my work is directly tied to the housing market so. . . I may be waiting a year or 2 [:@] If things pick up or change within the next month I'll get one in march like I've been planning but I have a feeling things are going to get much worse before they get better - even if the presidential candidates didn't want to say that at the debate. . . .
