Well, Old Goat, in a few months when the Camaros are out, you're going to be seeing SRTs being discounted BIG TIME due to the Chevys' cheaper price. Till then, though, I fear Dodge dealers' greed will keep driving away people such as yourself. They'd rather let the cars sit on the lot, gathering dust and cobwebs rather than give up what they apparently think is a perfectly justified profit, probably because they're practically having to go out, hit people over the head and drag them into the dealerships to sell the Ram pickups that nobody now wants. It will be interesting to see if ads for the SRT eventually offer $10K or $12K under MSRP like the Ram ads currently state. I wonder how successful the Dodge dealers will be in 2010 trying to sell 2008-model cars that they're now pricing at $20K over an already high sticker price.
