That fence didn't look to me like it was intact. When they thought he disappeared I still saw his tail lights. This guy looks like he had professional training. The Air Force teaches people how to evade those who are following them in air crafts (granted these are cars) but still this guy is good. He zig zags until the cops get out of squence with him and he takes advantage of it. He's a little too smart unfortuneatly.
