Default RE: Challenger Gas milage: Is it just me?

Actually, trev, I only have space for two cars. Hence, both of necessity have to be "daily drivers," since if my primary one (2000 Mustang, V-6) is down, I have to use the Challenger. Thus far, I've pretty much confined my Challenger driving to weekends, but the time will come when it has to become the primary car. Hopefully, at some point, I can get another SE Challenger (probably a used one) to use every day and keep the one car I ever actually ordered from the factory as a semi-museum piece.
As to the power of either the R/T or SRT-8, I at one point was half-owner of a 68 Coronet R/T with a 440 Magnum. I did pretty much everything I'll ever want to do performance-wise with that car. Since then, virtually everything I've had (aside from my 70 Challenger with a 318) has been either an inline- or V-6.
