The Europeans dont buy pick-ups for personal use. Instead they get these little trailers to pull around. They rarely even use them for work applications. Ive seen a couple of the little Nissan and Toyotas, but anything bigger is usually driven by an American service member stationed here.
That's probably because Toyota is too busy selling its small pickups to warlords in Africa and terrorists in the Middle East. Apparently, it's a snap to mount a .50-caliber machine gun on one.
