same problem for me. the service tech pulled out a broken valve spring and bent valve. hey just got permission from chrysler to pull the head, drop the oil pan, and check for more damage. my car only has 550 miles on it and its already in for major engine work. the engine tech is not happy(neither is the owner) that he has so much work in front of him, considering its a brand new car. at least I get a free oil change.
