Thank god it's not a 65 Barracuda (aka "World's Ugliest Car"). It's amazing how such a simple change as getting rid of the bubble rear window on the 65s (which, if memory serves me, was the largest rear windows ever installed on an American car) and bringing the body panels up higher on the sides changed the car from tacky to tasteful.
Good point:
I like "MOST" of the fastback Chryslers from the early-mid 60’s….as they did (and do) standout in today’s world of “cookie-cutter” styles. The only down side to the big back window glass is that it can turn the interior into a “hot-house” in the summer……
