I mean are they blind? A luxury car is supposed to be cutting edge. Yes sometimes it looks nice to have a little classic luxury look to it, like say the gauges Chrysler used from the late 90s to earily 00s in cars like the 300M. Those looked classy because it looked like a Rolex watch.

These look like a Ford or GM truck from the late 70s to earily 80s and it doesn't look fancy at all. I think the problem with the Lincoln division is they are no longer a luxury division, they are a division who wants to bring back the old tacky styles that died out a long time ago. They should be canned if they aren't going to put in any really effort.
