My Charger, spare tire, jack and hold downs came from my Ebay purchase. The package contents was true to the listing. Everything was brand new and it was $132.00 shipped. The package arrived in time for my Thanksgiving trip which gave me a little better confidence in case of a flat. I looked in the owners manual for the proper way to mount the spare and jack. This 18 inch spare and jack mounts just like the photo in the owners manual. A seperate plastic wing nut holds down the jack and lug wrench, the tire goes on top of this and then a round plastic circular nut holds down the tire.
