Default RE: Removing R/T stripes

No need for any chemicals. I removed mine by just applying a little heat from a hair dryer to warm up the decal. Then just a fingernail on one corner to start it lifting and the rest pulls off in one piece. Just pull back slowly and re-heat if it seems to be getting more difficult.

Though I suggest you wash the section around the decals first, just to be sure you don't force any dirt into the paint when getting the first corner lifted.

Any adhesive residue is minimal and you can get that off with liquid paste wax dabbed on and rubbing lightly.

No need to go buy more different auto/garage chemicals which you will only use once and throw the rest away.

ORIGINAL: BLK 6050

There is a huge automotive paint store locally that carries "Decal Remover" in a spray can that will not warn your paint. It costs over $25.00 per can so it's not cheap...but it sure beats using your finger nails...................
