not sure what kind of engine you have, but from past experience on my Lancer, it was pretty easy to do. The longest part was removing the front wheel to access the pulley, but it was more of a simple lock the pulley and then remove the 4 bolts, and then re-run the belt. Now ours may be a bit tighter as everything is in the front, but should still be accessable.
