Majority of people i encounter ask me how i like my charger and i have to correct them that it looks nothing like a charger and that it is a chally, just shows you alot of people havent seen one up close
No. That's not it. Even back in the 70s, most non-Mopar people would call Challengers (not "Challys," mind you ... this is America, NOT England) Chargers. The Charger name came first. Hence, that's the one people remember.
