Pete, they did publish a double sided "card" as I remember, and most dealers got ONE. Of course, not many customers saw it because it was pilfered before most got to see it. My salesman was going to show it to me and lo and behold, someone had taken it. Some ended up on ebay (believe it or not).

Maybe someone else can confirm or refute what I am saying but that's what I remember.
