I guess we are supposed to ignore the effort they have made to cutting down emissions. I hate to break it to these lawyers, but "global warming" is still just a theory, not a law.

The automotive corporations have been following the laws on the emissions rules and in many cases have exceeded the standards. We are supposed to ignore the efforts all of them have made to pass these obsessive complusive standards. People complain about people enforcing their beliefs on others, here is a prime example. This is why I don't like the environmentalist movement. They are never satisfied. At the beginning, maybe they needed improvement but things are good enough.
