35 is the cafe average. If they build enough cars that get well over 35 mpg the 6.4 could be built. The reality is that they would have to put a ton of Chrysler Corp labeled Fiat's in the model line up to make this happen. The 6.1 may be dead. Heck the 5.7 could me dead but Dodge really needs it for the new Ram which is an amazing truck. Very refined and comfortable but sucks gas.
