I know about dealerships that charge only slightly more per day than that this per hour. I don't see how that will reduce fuel usage. If a person is only taking the car to get groceries once a week and they use this once a week as well as 14 other people, it is the same fuel consumption, the difference is there are less vehicles on the road.
