I asked one of the local dealers if I could get a basic se and he said as soon as they get them in they put $3-4K of accessories on them.
I'm skeptical that a dealer can add that much in factory accessories. Are they going to install 'factory' sunroof? Sure they can do wheels and other bolt on stuff.
Check traderonline.com or ebay for a basic car. You can do a online bid for the car with options that you want. Also go to edmunds.com or nada.com to find out the invoice price of the car that you want.
