They own the rarest cars around and will not take anything MSRP or under. The range is $3,000-$10,000 over MSRP, nothing less. The one dealer I found would do it for EPP, but they couldn't get my car four mother after I ordered it. All these dealers were in state, 5 min to 1 hr away. I finally traveled 600 miles to get a good deal. Glad you didn't have to.
