Default What I know

Back in the the 80's I had a Escort ( the old black box type ) . I hauled rider's to my work place in a 15 passenger Van mostly on interstate drive of 100 mile's round trip. It worked great . So good that one of the guy's that rode with me paid someone to steal it . Someone else told me and I told everyone I knew who had it stolen and not to show up the next day and they didn't . I had it mounted up next to the roof . I put one in a MR-2 and I was so low to the ground it couldn't pick up a signal till I saw the police. I have a friend that is a retired Police in FL. He has one in his truck all the time. Escort has one now that has all the sign post radar's in the country programed into it already . And once it pick's up a signal some place . It remember's the GPS location. And warn's you that you could be coming up on a known radar location by the police . Before picking radar up. I'm thinking of getting one of them . But they aren't cheap. But ticket's aren't either. I don't normally speed . But few drive the speed limit. And if you are running with traffic . Who do you think they are going after the Caddy or a Challenger R/T . I got a ticket in the MR-2 before getting the radar. And was being passed by other's when the trooper pulled out . He stated when I asked why I was getting a ticket with other's passing me . He said because I was driving a little red sports car. Another reason I got a Black Challenger .
