Just remember on the other side of the coin. In 1970 You could have ordered the 340 4 bbl or 340 6 pak [T/A only] or the 383 4 bbl in the base Challenger. My convertible is a base Challenger with the N code 383 [log on ID], rallye guages, heavy duty rallye suspension, 3.23 sure grip rear end and dual exhaust with out the tips. All of the R/T goodies [except tips] in a base Challenger. You could of even ordered the power bulge or shaker hoods on any 4 bbl equiped cars built after Dec. 1969.
